Through its intensive, specialized graduate program in ecological design, the Conway School educates future leaders in sustainability by helping students work on real-world projects for real clients from around the world. Projects focus on food security, biodiversity loss, and urbanization, all in the face of climate change.

Paul Cawood Hellmund, who was born and raised in Latin America, has extensive background in both planning and ecology and as an educator. He is the President and Director of the School, and a Professor of Design and Planning.
